Honestly the sales department was great but I continue to have issues with the service department. They blow my concerns off and just tell me to mention it the next time. I had my car scheduled to get the 20,000 mile service and inspection but canceled the inspection when I went to a local shop that charged me 60% LESS than what VW was trying to charge me. Since I canceled the inspection they gave my husband a xx excuse why they wouldn’t do the 20,000 service. They canceled since it is a free service that is what it comes down to. More
