Despite our Dealership’s investment in the most advanced automotive diagnostic equipment available, we were not able to determine the cause of your car’s mechanical failures as we did not sell it to you nor had it been serviced at our dealership for more than 2 years. We have been in business for forty years and have always put the interest of our customers ahead of our own when possible-- even when a car, like yours, was purchased somewhere else (as evidenced by our contacting the manufacturer, Subaru, on your behalf to try to have them help you). We empathize with your situation, and hope that you are able to find resolution for your repairs with the dealership who sold you the car.
