New Car Purchase We've always bought from Feldman Highland or Novi. I was very hesitant to buy from Feldman again after such negative reviews on the Novi location and We've always bought from Feldman Highland or Novi. He was great to work with and Don in Financing was just as pleasant. I've not needed any service yet, but will give Feldman a try when the time comes. More

Terrible customer service-Don't go here Purchased a car at Feldman's back in November and left with a temporary license plate because for whatever reason, they couldn't give me a new one. A Purchased a car at Feldman's back in November and left with a temporary license plate because for whatever reason, they couldn't give me a new one. After making numerous inquiries about the status of my permanent plate and getting no where, my temporary plate expired without me getting the perm plate so I couldn't even drive my new car until the plate arrived. Just gave me the run around and excuses. When I got the car home, I discovered everything in the truck spare tire compartment was missing. No jack or anything else to change a tire. The empty foam container was there though. Car was dirty inside and out. Not even enough gas to get me home. Had to fuel up on the way home from purchase. These guys DO NOT care about you after you leave the lot. I will never go back here again. More
