We go in and the salesman tells us to voluntarily repo and file for bankruptcy. Turn around and buy a new one at a lesser rate! Uh... What? No really! Tells us that we should have never bought a Spark because we will be paying for a rusted xxx in the end. Im so confused! I thought you were supposed to be selling me a car? Not giving me what you think is financial advice because your mistaken about about our credit! WHAT THE xxxx IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE! Mind you we bought my car there and sent my mom there. Just blatant stupidity! Inexperienced, 23 yr old. Salesman. Good Lord! Repo and bankrupt! More

Request was to do a check of the car and let me know what was wrong, well the Service Air Bag light that was on and it was still on when I picked the car up. they let me leave with a safety issues like that? they did replace a battery for $228 according to bill $79.95 parts so that means $148 for labor?? To replace a battery?? they also charged me $45 to tell ma a sensor was bad. Well the information center on my dashboard told me the same thing. This place just does not do the job! More
Buyer's Remorse Buyer's remorse: First off, should have never gone late evening before closing. Thought I go in take advantage of special 20% off & upgrade my vehic Buyer's remorse: First off, should have never gone late evening before closing. Thought I go in take advantage of special 20% off & upgrade my vehicle (2014 impala LT), which was already underwater, to newer vehicle (2017 impala Premier). Payments would be around same & I'd have a newer upgrade! Well, once all the negotiations(not much, I wanted the upgrade) ended, time to sign on dotted line. Second mistake, been there too long & it's past closing hours, I just want to get my new ride & leave so after he tells me the price, I'm flabbergasted. Finance mngr. says it's because I was underwater on previous car loan & sales tax. Whatever, we've called my insurance & made the changes to new ride, I got the payments(almost) I wanted, so lets hurry & sign so I can get out of here. Everything he said while signing didn't matter, I'm ready to go...I take full responsibility for my stupidity, but as I go over the paperwork the next day, the remorse hits home. The interest rate the seller actually corrected ME on during conversation when I averaged up, was .09 more than what HE said. No biggie, but he lied or changed it for better commission. Extended warranty, wheel & tire warranty, gap insurance & 72 month pmt plan now 84 month plan...kicking myself, but oh well, then I go into rectify mode. They have a 3 day buy back, I want the car but not the terms. Well, I'll just cxl all the extra insurance so I call the very next day after sale & they say they'd have to rewrite it up & I'd have to come back in. Meanwhile, I received a call from finance company saying I'm approved for car loan & they'd fed ex preapproved check. I rcvd the check next day & thought wow this will rectify everything since interest rate was 4% less than what dealer got me & back to 72 mth term. Now it's two days after original sale, I go into dealership to cxl my extra insurances as they stated over phone they'd have to rewrite it up. I'm thinking, well since you have to rewrite it, BAM!!! HERE'S a preapproved check, rewrite up with this...talk about halt everything then comes the well we've already submitted loan to bank & I should wait 30 days to cxl insurances...at the time, I was thinking, fine I'll just refinance but cxl my insurances today, so I did. They said it would take 30 to 45 days for refund on insurances & check would be sent to bank they set my loan up with. Well, this is where I'm at now; soon as I drove that new car off the lot it dropped 16k in value so refinancing out the window & it's been over 75 days since I went back into the dealership to cxl insurances. I've made several calls, talked to several people but no refund, just run arounds & not one, not one return phone call on status of refund out the several people I've talked to. NOT ONE RETURNED PHONE CALL!!! BUYER'S REMORSE!!! Thx Tony & Bill Groth for the tag team!!! My Stupidity tho!!!!! More

Between fouled up paperwork which added to the price of the vehicle and the OUT AND OUT lies from the executive sales persons who refuse to return phone calls or E-Mails it has brought me to entering this statement. I am still willing to sit down and review the problems but it is very clear at this point that those who represent Feldman are not in that frame of mind., More

Dave Mason Though I was already shopping for another car (14yr old vehicle on its last leg) I suddenly had to make quick decisions as my old car quit! Dave Mason greeted me on the Feldman lot, listened to 2 minutes of telling him why I was there and what I needed (budget big concern) and completely honed in on a perfect solution that was even better than the direction I was taking. He and the staff did all the work. I came in to sign the papers. I had previously educated myself on leasing so I was prepared with what's customary and what's negotiable. I DID NOT HAVE TO NEGOTIATE. It was a fair lease that he worked with the right vehicle and options to meet my budget and personal satisfaction in a vehicle. WAY TO GO DAVE! GOOD JOB! More

The purchase went well, but upon trying to switch the plates off my current vehicle, the salesman I was dealing with ran into an issue where he could not remove the old plate. He gave me a temporary plate and told me the service center would use an impact hammer to get the plate off my old car the following business day. I transferred the insurance to the car I purchased as requested, and returned the next day. Upon my return, I picked up the keys and the plate and went to find my old car parked somewhere on the lot. I found it with both front windows rolled down, unfortunately after a thunderstorm had passed through the previous night frying all of the electrical components. I was shocked, to say the least, as this was not the condition I had left my vehicle in when I entrusted it in your care. This spiraled into a huge argument with the manager of the used cars department that seemed to think this was not their fault. Unfortunately, to my knowledge my vehicle was no relative of Christine, and therefore probably did not have the capacity to roll the windows down on its own. Your manager then tried to dismiss the issue by suggesting I file an insurance claim (after I had transferred insurance and it was no longer covered). You finally agreed to purchase my old vehicle for $1200 to avoid the scene I was creating in your lobby. I know I could have gotten more than that on the private market, but whatever. I left somewhat appeased but still incredulous at what had just happened. The amount of ineptitude was worthy of a Seinfeld episode. 6 months later, I have had nothing but problems with the Chevy I was sold. The car stalls out at a stop light and I lose all forward drive. Had I taken this to a less reputable mechanic, I would have had to pay for the transmission to be rebuilt ($2500), luckily he was able to tow it back to his shop and replace a hose which had snapped. Maybe you guys had no idea this was a lemon. In fact, given my previous experience when purchasing, I am pretty confident you had no idea, and are just incompetent and clueless in every aspect of car sales and car maintenance. Maybe your guys missed their callings as circus clowns and decided to go into auto sales. I have no idea. Regardless, I don't think I will ever purchase another vehicle at a Feldman dealership ever again. More
