Today was my second service with them. I have a Kia Sorento (2011)..On both the occasions, the service staff at Feldman Kia made me feel at home - Right from the time I arrived at the location till the Sorento (2011)..On both the occasions, the service staff at Feldman Kia made me feel at home - Right from the time I arrived at the location till the time I was checked out. My service advisor today was Randy Merry. He is one awesome advisor to work with. Some highlights of the service: * Warm reception * Excellent pre-service information. I was told exactly what they would be doing today and how much it would cost. I was also told what to expect in my next service to prep me. * The lounge is very comfortable. Quiet so I could actually do some work while I was waiting. I was kept informed periodically as to how much longer it would take. * When it was all over, I was once again informed what exactly was done today and also the details on what to expect in my next service. * To top it all, I was escorted to my clean car in a friendly manner by Randy. Overall, I would recommend this dealership for everyone. Even if you have to drive 15 miles to get here, I am sure it is worth it. More
This new dealership is very nice. They are friendly from front (sales) to back (service). We recently had our Kia Sorento in for service and worked exclusively with Randy Merry. Randy's attention to detail is unmatched and when he gives you a promise time for your vehicle to be done, Randy and his team are usually ahead of the game. If you ever go to Feldman Kia, you'll notice people outside the dealership waiting to greet you, open the door for you, and escort you to your destination. Although we bought the Sorento at the old location, this new location on Grand River stands out as a jewel for not only the Feldman Auto Group but for Kia Motors as well. The experience is really wonderful, in that I can relax in the waiting area and know they are doing their very best, to service my vehicle for whatever the reason may be. I visited Feldman Kia for the first time a couple of years ago for an oil change in response to a coupon mailer for routine service. I have since visited several times for routine work as well as proble years ago for an oil change in response to a coupon mailer for routine service. I have since visited several times for routine work as well as problem areas. This recent experience was due to my car needing to be jumped 2 days in a row. As before, I was treated with the utmost respect and friendliness as well as competence and caring for my vehicle. Randy took care of the problem and reminded me I needed my rear brakes serviced. I was ready for this, as the last time I was in, he informed me they were OK but I would probably need them in a few months time. I have comparative shopped with my friends and find the charges very competative, and the service excellent. In addition I have a comfort level with service I have never experienced before. I have zero anxiety when my 2006 car has a problem. My first thought is, I will take it to Randy and it will be OK; and it is. I have needed shuttle services several times when repairs or service was needed. The young men that drove me home and picked me up at the door were a delight. No loud music blaring, clean professional appearance, courteous, and friendly to a senior lady who appreciates these attributes. They shared conversation, were never pushy or silent during the drive; just pleasant. They gave me the feeling that they would be great grandsons helping out their family. I believe there are few pure coincidences in life, but that at times we are blessed to have things fall into place to help us on our life journey. For me this is one I feel I have been helped along the way to find Feldman Kia, Randy and his staff to lighten the burden of care maintenance and problems. Thank You Randy & staff. Marge Poupard More
Purchasing a new vehicle from Feldman has brought back the true enjoyment of purchasing a new vehicle and not the burden that is usual of car dealerships. This was our first experience with Marty Feldman Kia. We were in the market for a car for my 21 year old son who was trading in a 1999 GMC Jimmy. While discussing the details I asked when we could get the car and they told us that we would be driving it home that very same night. They spent the time to familiarize my son with the features of the vehicle. They had the car we want at a price we were willing to pay. A very pleasant experience and we would recommend them. More

My journey of buying a new car was the worst experience ever, until I went to Feldman Kia, and was assisted by Andrew. Andrew made a terrible experience at another dealership turn out to be AWESOME! The 'other' Kia Dealership, was more than willing to take my deposit check for a vehicle order that they stated would be in within 3 weeks. After waiting 6 weeks, and driving a rental car for 2 of the 6 weeks (because my lease had to be turned in), the vehicle I ordered was no where to be found. That dealership had 'no answers' and no ETA of when the car would be in, and offered NO resolution for an alternative, or other options. Basically I was left with no car, and a terrible experience out of that dealership. I decided to go over to Feldman Kia, as I still wanted to buy a Kia, but was hoping that not all dealerships were as terrible as the one I came from. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Andrew at the door when I walked in (the other dealership I had to hunt someone down to help me), and told him of my terrible experience at the other dealership. Andrew was more than willing to assist! He let me know why the vehicle I had put a deposit on and ordered, and had already waited 6 weeks for, was not obtainable, and giving me options for immediate alternatives. He understood my urgency of needing a vehicle and getting out of my rental car. I gave Andrew my price point, all the specifics and the options I wanted the vehicle to have. Within 3 days Andrew located a vehicle that was 'basically' what I wanted. I wanted leather and heated seats, the vehicle he found did not have it though. SO Andrew had a local company put leather and heated seats in the vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised the leather turned out great and the heated seats are AWESOME! Andrew made it happen! Andrew went above and beyond to make me happy! I am in my new vehicle, it looks great, just what I wanted, and with a payment that was actually a little under my price point (YEA!). On top of that it only took about a week to find the car, put the leather and heat in it, and get me on the road. I have to also thank Sheila in Finance and Bob the Sales Manager, for assisting in making it happen as well. I could not be happier, and so thrilled with the experience I got from everyone at Feldman Kia! Andrew, Bob and Sheila all deserve gold stars for great customer service. Personal THANK YOU to Andrew, as I stated earlier, a terrible experience at another dealer is now a distant memory thanks to him! I will recommend Feldman Kia and all the noted people to all my family and friends! Thanks so much Andrew!! More
