I had been looking at Soul's and figures I would be buying the base moedl as it best fit my budget. Bob Straub did what he could to get more for my truck trade-in and next thing you know, I was driving the beautiful Soul Exclaim home for about $45.00 a month more than I thought I would pay for the base model and I COULD'NT BE HAPPIER! Andrew called me the next day to make sure I was happy. I have stopped in twice and Andrew has taken the time to teach me things I needed to know as well as washing the car when I go in (much easier than reading a manual). Bob was extremely nice and bought my first tank of gas as I had put some into the truck prior to trading in thinking it wouldn't happen that night and complained. Top notch service! I honk and wave and comment that I have the nicest Soul out there almost every time I pass the dealership. More

I bought a used car through Frank Malone at Feldman Kia and I paid cash, no financing or even a check. He made commitments to complete several small items on he car before delivery. He made me feel very rushed to pay for the vehicle and take delivery, told me it had to be done that day. When I did take delivery of the car the small items he had told me would be handled were not, to add insult to injury their detail person burnt the paint on both doors. Mr. Malone proceeded to tell me that the detailer was lazy and not very good - why is he employed there then? I was offered no resolution to the paint problem. The tires looked low on pressure so after checking them I found all of the tires only has 22 psi of pressure in them not the reccomended 32, so much for there 117 point inspection process. After all of this I'm now being told they screwed up the paperwork and several items need to be resigned. He wanted us to come to him. He finally agreed to meet us. Salesman was told he needed to be at her work at 12:00pm at the beginning of her lunch break as to not interupt her schedule - they showed up at 1:30pm!! It took three tries to get the paperwork correct. Thinking I wish I had never stopped into this dealership to begin with. More

I called ahead for an appointment and got exactly the time I needed. Just before I left for the dealership, my schedule changed and I had to hurry. I purchased my 2012 kia soul from Keenan in October of 2011. The sales experience was wonderful with the whole dealership. He works with me for the services on my car because I have a tight work schedule. They go above and beyond customer service and have earned a loyal customer who will return for not only service and maintenance work, but for future vehicle sales. More
I came to Feldman Kia after a stereotypically negative experience at another area dealership. So, my guard was raised and I was not confident I could trust a dealer. He was very honest with me and really wanted to ensure we could work a deal - one that was right for me first and then one that worked out for him second. It was very refreshing to see the level of customer service and trustworthiness offered at Feldman. I know I made the right choice buying my "new to me" car with Andy and the Feldman team. Today was my second service with them. I have a Kia Sorento (2011)..On both the occasions, the service staff at Feldman Kia made me feel at home - Right from the time I arrived at the location till the Sorento (2011)..On both the occasions, the service staff at Feldman Kia made me feel at home - Right from the time I arrived at the location till the time I was checked out. My service advisor today was Randy Merry. He is one awesome advisor to work with. Some highlights of the service: * Warm reception * Excellent pre-service information. I was told exactly what they would be doing today and how much it would cost. I was also told what to expect in my next service to prep me. * The lounge is very comfortable. Quiet so I could actually do some work while I was waiting. I was kept informed periodically as to how much longer it would take. * When it was all over, I was once again informed what exactly was done today and also the details on what to expect in my next service. * To top it all, I was escorted to my clean car in a friendly manner by Randy. Overall, I would recommend this dealership for everyone. Even if you have to drive 15 miles to get here, I am sure it is worth it. More
This new dealership is very nice. They are friendly from front (sales) to back (service). We recently had our Kia Sorento in for service and worked exclusively with Randy Merry. Randy's attention to detail is unmatched and when he gives you a promise time for your vehicle to be done, Randy and his team are usually ahead of the game. If you ever go to Feldman Kia, you'll notice people outside the dealership waiting to greet you, open the door for you, and escort you to your destination. Although we bought the Sorento at the old location, this new location on Grand River stands out as a jewel for not only the Feldman Auto Group but for Kia Motors as well. Great job Randy and the service team. More
