Very unhappy and upset and felt cheated. I went to the dealership yesterday 7/14/2022 for a teluride delt with Andrew Fledman and Bill Groth i was quoted an interest rate of 5.99 and 75 mon I went to the dealership yesterday 7/14/2022 for a teluride delt with Andrew Fledman and Bill Groth i was quoted an interest rate of 5.99 and 75 months to get to a payment of $730 per month. Later when I went to finance manager the interest rate was lowered to 4.49 and extended to 84 months and payment stayed at 730 per month. When i was going over the warranty paper i relied on the finance manager to go over options but at the time of signing that paper it was mentioned this is your standard agreement sign here and next page here is your payment sign here. I signed trusting this finance manger to have full disclosure. I asked what is this $4900 service contract he said its included in the payment price. I did not want to purchase this at all so next day 7-15-2022 i went to the dealer but after waiting 2 hours at the dealer and the way they spoke to me was very confrontational. I was told By the finance manager that they dnt have to cancel the $4900 service plan since I already signed even though I came back to the dealer within 15 hours of signing the paper work. This happend to another person I found a review online earlier this year on dealer rater. I feel like i was fraudulently delt with and now i am stuck with a higher monthly payment for 7 years. Sales manager was upset that “they went above and beyond to get me extended term and lower rate” but that gave the dealership no right to make financial decisions and add service plans without me asking for me and making me sign without disclosing fully what i am signing. Took almost a full month to get my contract emailed to me. I called and emailed looking for it multiple times and no reply. So I finally got my paperwork emailed to me and it looks like the warranty they me. I called and emailed looking for it multiple times and no reply. So I finally got my paperwork emailed to me and it looks like the warranty they sold me was $3,500 which I didn’t realize. My salesman didn’t mention the warranty once, literally once during the entire deal but when I returned to question it he hit me with the “remember when?” No sir you never mentioned that the deal you brought me had a warranty rolled into it without asking if I wanted it or showing me figures without it. The finance manager that finished off my sale said it was just because I was buying it through them that I was getting this warranty, “perk of returning to them” is how he phrased it. No not really, as there are cheaper warranties elsewhere. I did, however, circle back check out the full contract. $14,500 was the total cost of my vehicle, still higher than the pay off. Reason why is because it wasn’t a dealer fee to help me complete the buy out, no no not at all. They actually bought my care and sold it back to me. $12,738 was the total cost of the buyout, a buyout is flat figure. That extra $1,762 was just them deciding to get a nice chunk for themselves. I know this because I just completed my wife’s buyout on her Jeep, higher value vehicle with a significantly lower warranty and flat buyout. Jeramie Brown was my salesman, also a former finance manager. So I got finessed front to back by a dream team of financial predators. Naive of me to think that because I’m a returning customer I’d actually be treated well. Won’t make that mistake again. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I got the same length and coverage of warranty on my wife’s vehicle for half the cost direct from the dealer we bought her car from, Golling Chrysler in Bloomfield (highly recommend). This was shady and foul.I won’t be back and you should avoid going. More
We found Feldman Kia through extensive online car research and are so pleased that we did. Reese was our direct contact and he went above and beyond to communicate all of our options to us. Even after we purchased the car he maintained the communication, so far as sending us videos of our lovely new vehicle being loaded to ship. With the number of photos, videos, written information that we received from Kia Feldman we felt confident buying a vehicle that we had never seen in person. We would definitely recommend working with them- especially Reese! More
I just purchased Kia soul 2019 while driving it off the lot I noticed chips in the windshield one of which is sputtering out we're bringing this to their attention all they were willing to do was fix the o lot I noticed chips in the windshield one of which is sputtering out we're bringing this to their attention all they were willing to do was fix the one that was spider me out even though there's like 15 chips in the windshield they weren't willing to replace it so later I'll have to file a claim with my insurance company to get that fixed that's really wrong can't say I'll recommend them for this buying a car there More

I was very disappointed with my experience at Feldman Kia. Inside of the dealership I was shown a vehicle that was black and told that they could order a less expensive version to be delivered in 2 weeks Kia. I was told that the Telluride sell fast & encouraged to lock it in. At delivery they rolled out a brown car with a ding in the door. They kept going on about how it just looks black in the showroom. The sales manager Todd went on & on about how it was nothing he could do because I already signed the paperwork. I knew it was weird that the vehicle came in on Thursday but they wanted me to take delivery on Saturday. Did I mention Todd was talking loudly about slapping a woman and laughing? Although they acknowledge the vehicle looks black inside the dealership they do not understand why I would not appreciate the obvious brown color. That seems really slick. And the shiwroom car really looked black and I even shot a few photos of it and it looks black in my photos. At This point I have a car in my name that I have not taken delivery on and they keot my 2020 that I was trading in. I have never cried in a dealership before today but imagine going from thinking you are upgrading a luxurious vehicle for a better one to driving a Chevy Trax that stinks of ciggarettes! I have leased cars through Kia since 2014 but never again. It is sad that the antiquated stereotypical slippery car selling tactics are alive & well at this dealership and have killed my loyalty. My recommendation is watch yourself-and them. If you are a woman pay especially close attention to the creepy vibes and choose wisely on if these people deserve your business. Lesson learned. Never again. I am happy to update my rating if things change. More

I wish we could give 5 stars; we were planning on it as our initial experience of my car purchase was great. We were assured that the used car I bought did not need repairs. We noticed later that the inspection records from Feldman failed to make it into our paperwork packet. 2 weeks after purchase, my usual hometown car service (whom I have used for close to a decade) inspected my newly-bought Kia and discovered the rotors were rusted through, the brakes all needed to be repaired, and all 4 tires needed to be replaced. This was a $2,500 repair total. To save a long story, we have made 35+ phone calls within the past 2 months to Feldman requesting any form of follow-up as well as a copy of their inspection report. The one email response we got stated (response copied directly from the email): " Rachel the Kia Forte went threw a complete safety inspection in our service department . I was told from the sales men that you have already had the repairs done . If the repairs have not been done , we could of look at the unit . We make sure all of our units are in good condition and take that very serious ." As the car was unsafe to drive, I could not bring it back to Feldman to be (re)serviced as we live in Grand Rapids. 35+ phone calls and no apology, no follow-up, and no calls back. I would not recommend Feldman to anyone who values honesty and follow-up. More
