52 days and my 2025 KIA Carnival still isn’t fixed. They had it over a month before opening a KIA techline case. That had it for 10 days before they even tried to replicate the issue and then didn’t They had it over a month before opening a KIA techline case. That had it for 10 days before they even tried to replicate the issue and then didn’t follow the steps I provided to replicate it. I had to provide a video of the issue happening before they would look at it again. After I provided the video, it sat with them for another 8 days before they tried to replicate the issue again. They break every commitment they make, and it takes several emails/phone calls to get them to take the next step. Waiting on a lemon law/ buy back request to process with KIA. In the end, this will cost KIA $50k+ because Ferguson KIA is unable to reliably service the products they sell. More
