Mike never made us feel like taking our time in coming to a decision was an inconvenience. When we first came in, we made it clear we were only searching for a vehicle with no intention to buy for at least s a decision was an inconvenience. He was happy to periodically step aside and allow discussion, perfectly reading when to do so as well rather than needing to be asked.
