Great experience, kaveh was great to work with, the car was as described when i got there and he went above and beyond for my wants and needs. Super easy process, no hassle and the pricing was pretty compe was as described when i got there and he went above and beyond for my wants and needs. Super easy process, no hassle and the pricing was pretty competitive. Don’t expect them to replace accessories that are broken tho, rain guard was broken, we found when we rolled the window down. They didn’t want to fix it. They are however handling the backup camera not working and getting it fixed. 👌🏻 More

Sal was great during the sales process. But his customer service after the sale needs some work. My 2021 Kia Stinger GT has a trunk rattle. Bought a Fusion wednseday night with a PAL draft from an out of state bank. Dealer said Friday or Saturday at the latest we would be able to drive it home. Throughout the day I as the customer had to keep c out of state bank. Dealer said Friday or Saturday at the latest we would be able to drive it home. Throughout the day I as the customer had to keep calling the finance manager of this purchase , Darryl, for updates and he said Saturday it will be there. Which made no sense as every time I've used this the dealer paid for overnight shipping meaning we would be out of there Friday morning. Called the bank to see where the hold up was and Darryl failed to mention that he DECLINED over nighting it after they asked him and that I or the dealer would have to pay the fee to do so. I being on leave and having to prepare for deploying in January have appointments next week in Fort sill Oklahoma to enroll our new son in tricare before I leave. I made this know while purchasing the vehicle. Even requested a spare key that they REFUSE to include in the deal. So I paid the fee to over night it myself, I'm sorry to write such a long review but this has been the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I've never had a finance officer in the dealership bold face lie to me like that and I would never recommend ANYONE to this place. They DO NOT care about the customer and their needs all they care is that they get their money. I really wish I could contact a manager to go further in detail about this. The longer it is being drug out it is making me second guess doing business here and canceling the transaction with fear the car is just as poor as the service this company is providing. More
