I ended up buying a 2019 service car instead of a new 2020 because I chose an Outback in 2011 for the size of the seat. It was 19 inches in depth. The 2020 has gone up to 21 inches and that is too long for me. I am as so disappointed that the 2020 model has made the seat longer from front to back!!! Please bring the 19” seat back!!! But Jeremy found a great 2019 for me. I actually met Kyle Montgomery 2 years ago. I just was near by and stopped in to look at Outbacks. I told him I wasn’t buying a car at that time. He was so gracious and called a year later to see if I might be interested. I wasn’t but said I might be in another year. So I called a Kyle and learned he was now in Finance. I was introduced to Jeremy and he reminded me of Kyle and as I said before, it was an excellent experience. It was like working with a young family member. Ferguson can be very proud of men like Kyle and Jeremy Bautista. More

I felt rushed into making a decision by the financing department in order to make a deal that day. I came home upset and in tears for what I gave up to get the new Buick that didn't have half the ameniti department in order to make a deal that day. I came home upset and in tears for what I gave up to get the new Buick that didn't have half the amenities my old Buick had. Next I felt ripped off by the fact I only get one free oil change when the car had been driven 4400 miles without an oil change and now has to have one done. I can only hope I made the right rushed choice. Larry was very helpful he went out of his way to help get me the terms and worked with me on what I wanted. He is a great sales person and anyone looking for a new vehicle should seek him out. More
