We hadn’t planned on the finance portion being as lengthy but he was helpful & stayed late to help, as did John. I know it’s a challenge for sales people when they have multiple clients there at one time & want to service them all. The drawback is sometimes folks can tend to feel a little in the way, so am not sure what the best solution is. We appreciate John keeping his eye on incoming inventory & immediately notifying us when our Forester became available, as it looks to be a good choice. We also appreciate a salesman come out to the service area to show us some features on our Outback last Fall, as he had nothing to gain & unselfishly invested in our needs with a vehicle we purchased elsewhere. That creates long-term relationships with future clients. :) More
