After all my test driving, he asked me what I was thinking. I was honest and told him I planned on test driving some Mazda models and he thanked me for my honesty! I didn't feel any pressure from the moment I arrived until I made my decision and I really appreciated that. After driving the Mazdas the next day, I came back and decided on the Crosstrek. I was called promptly when my kayak rack came in, but also given detailed explanation on my new outback's features by Rex Rosdahl and Gale Venosdel. My salesman, Mike Altman, was very knowledgeable and treated me like a person rather than just a sale. He also contacted me a week after purchase to see how I liked the vehicle and to ask if I had any questions. After going to Ferguson I don't plan on purchasing a car anywhere else in the future. He had a couple of cars pulled up for us but explained how he could get us into a "brand new" car. Once we explained to David our situation (unexpected purchase) he understood and worked hard to get us what we needed. He was successful and got us under budget and never once mentioned a brand new car again. You would have thought we were purchasing a $20K vehicle for the amount of time and energy he put into our sale. David went above and beyond (even delivering the car personally to us after service and detailing) to get us into a car. We will definitely look to David first when we are ready for the "new" car purchase. More
