Fantastic Buying Experience A few months ago, our family began the process of looking for a new car. We knew it was going to be a Subaru, just wasn’t sure which vehicle would be A few months ago, our family began the process of looking for a new car. We knew it was going to be a Subaru, just wasn’t sure which vehicle would be the best fit for our family. During this time, some friends of ours bought a Subaru and told us what a great experience they had with Michael Altman at Ferguson Subaru in Broken Arrow, OK. We went to the dealership, asked for Michael, and began looking at vehicles. Michael was very knowledgeable about the models, features of the cars, answering our questions, all the while not pressuring us at all on making a purchase. Our family took the next few months thinking about the cars we had looked at, trying to figure out what would best for us. Michael was great to check in with us to see if we had any questions and also let us know of any promotions that were being offered. Again, there was never any pressure from him to buy a vehicle! Once we decided what vehicle we wanted, we told Michael, and the buying process began. It was smooth, painless and a great experience.
