Lauden Bisel is the best used car sales man we every had! Lauden went above and beyond my expectations for buying a car sight unseen. Being from Iowa and not being able to see the vehicle I was purchasing was Lauden went above and beyond my expectations for buying a car sight unseen. Being from Iowa and not being able to see the vehicle I was purchasing was stressful. I was unsure of what I would be receiving, but Lauden made this process very easy. I was looking for a specific Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and Ferguson Super Store happened to have a used one that met my standards. I called the dealer and Lauden answered the phone. When I asked for addition photos I received them in 10mins vs. other dealers I was dealing with at the same time that took hours if not days for some to respond to such a simple task. After getting the pictures of the specific items I asked for, I received a call back about 15mins later asking if were those the correct pictures that I wanted. After getting more details about the Jeep I was going to make my mind up if I wanted to drive the 10hrs down to Oklahoma to buy the Jeep. I realized that was just to far away to risk it. Lauden suggested shipping the jeep and got me a quote. After the quote came thru Lauden suggested a crazy idea, he personally offered to deliver the jeep to my house in Iowa for a small fee. I thought he was crazy at first but he really meant it when he said he would personally drive the Jeep to me. After talking with him we decided to meet in Des Moines, Iowa to pick up the Jeep. I offered to meet closer to him so he didn’t have to drive so far and I was willing to drive some also. When I arrived to pick the Jeep up it was exactly how he said it was. He was very honest with me about scratches and marks the Jeep had which were very tiny ones and expected for a 2012. Overall my experience was a 10/10, perfect transaction and everything was very smooth. I would recommend Lauden and Ferguson Super Store to anyone I know. I still can't believe I bought a Jeep in Oklahoma from a sales person I never met. Still can't believe he drove 6 hours to deliver it for me as well! More
