I was lucky when my call was answered by Miguel Andujo. Miguel was extremely knowledgeable of the different model lines and we were able to narrow down the choices to what we were looking for quickly. Miguel helped us look at Ferguson's inventory, online, and we picked out a specific car by color and model. There was a trade in involved and because we had done our homework we found that the trade in value, at Ferguson, was quite good. Personalized service! We were greeted not long after entering the lot. Sales person (Buddy) asked for specifics, gathered info on vehicles in stock, and showed us each one. We were greeted not long after entering the lot. Sales person (Buddy) asked for specifics, gathered info on vehicles in stock, and showed us each one. Once I made my decision, he stayed with us through the financing and paperwork (not in the room, but close by). Since it was late in the evening, arrangements were made to complete the car detail and deliver the next day. Buddy even had a damaged part fixed before delivery. The only negative to the whole thing was the non-issuance of the paper tag. Hope my purchase paperwork is sufficient, if stopped. Notified Buddy and said he would forward to someone that handles that. Everyone was very helpful. I could see myself coming back for my next vehicle, too. Thank you. More
