Best experience with a dealer to date. Justin was great and was not pushy like some sales people. We knew what we wanted when we came in because my wife had a GMC Envoy years ago and the Terrain was very and was not pushy like some sales people. To rate my service out of a 10, not even a one would be the score I give to Ferguson. Not all of the fluids were topped off like I paid for. You kept my car for way longer than needs be, while there was the score I give to Ferguson. Not all of the fluids were topped off like I paid for. Or rotate my tires like I paid for but shouldn't have had to considering that I got new breaks. There's an issue with my coolant tank that wasn't there before.
