disappointing I had a recall on my 2019 sierra, and the brakes were wearing way too fast. I was told the brake sensor was bad, that it was fixed, and that they wou I had a recall on my 2019 sierra, and the brakes were wearing way too fast. I was told the brake sensor was bad, that it was fixed, and that they would follow up with me. Didn't happen. I saw later online that apparently the "fix" they did could result in the brakes failing completely, but they obviously didn't feel the need to notify me of that possibility. More

My and another customer showed up roughly the same time. The customer did not pull into the service bay until I pulled in. I was getting out of my car and the service team was trying to help the other custo The customer did not pull into the service bay until I pulled in. I was getting out of my car and the service team was trying to help the other customer. The other customer was driving a Denali. The perception was that because drove this vehicle and was a male, he would be serviced first. I was told that there was a possibility i would not even get serviced if I don't get entered into the system by a certain time. If it was processed first come first serve, this would not be my problem. Fortunately the routine maintenance was performed in a timely manner and it ended well. I just didn't like the perception and passing over. More
