Max quietly navigated me through the truck buying process effortlessly, no pressure! He picked me up at the airport in a Yukon Denali and asked while we drove if I had any additional questions. When we arrived, he had my new truck waiting out front for a inspection, he explained all aspects of the truck. Once satisfied, we started the paper process which went very smoothly with finance, again no pressure for add-ons but explain options available. I enjoyed the experience that I mentioned this to my sister-in-law who is talking with dealership about a new 2500HD. More

I was super excited and happy in May when we purchased my New Sierra with 40 miles. However once it got to 3600 miles we started having a clicking/popping sound from the leaf springs. Bring it in on 7/24 New Sierra with 40 miles. However once it got to 3600 miles we started having a clicking/popping sound from the leaf springs. Bring it in on 7/24 and wait 2 hours for them to “grease” the springs. Then it starts again. Leave it all day on 8/17 to be told they had to order a spacer and I’ll need to bring it back. Take it back on 8/27 wait a hour to get the spacer and of course 2 days later it starts again.. on 9/3 we take it back and ride around with a service tech and then leave the truck for 24 hours. Then we were told gm says they will not ok to do anymore repairs it’s normal for it to pop and click.. I was told by the service advisor to call gm and lodge a complaint which I did. Over the next 2 weeks the noise got louder so finally I call my sales guy to be told he no longer works there, speak to a manager, he gets the service manager on the phone who says if it’s worse they probably need to be replaced. Says he will call back. I wait 2 days and finally i have to call him, again he says gm won’t fix it. I have now taken my truck and it’s loud popping into a different dealer and 2 hours after leaving it they get it cleared through gm to get new leaf springs, brackets & etc... I’m sure nobody gives 2 craps but if you want service after the sale this isn’t the place. More
