Somewhat dissappointed waiting room excellent but had appointment and took 2 hrs. for an oil change and tire rotation. We are beyond grateful for our experience with Ferguson! KATIE was just amazing! So sweet to our kids, so patient with me in making sure our purchase would be the right one with moving our children’s car seats and stroller to test out the room helping me do so and carrying our diaper bag for us!! It might not seem like a big deal to most but for a mom it sure made a difference knowing we would make the correct purchase with her on our side! The rest of the team went above and beyond also! For the first time ever I can truthfully say we made a big purchase and I had zero buyers remorse and that’s a dang good feeling to have!!!!! More
