Routine I scheduled an oil change and rotate and balance of my truck. My only complaint is this, they left one guy in service and he was swamped! What Bob Howard sold me was some very crappy tires that had a rating of 2 on the snow and rain ... So after only about a year I went back to Fergusen GMC and Brian put on some awesome snow and mud tires that are awesome on dry conditions as well as snow .. Thank you Brian !
