We bought our truck less than 2 years ago from Ferguson. We were told that the warranty that we were purchasing was a 5 year warranty. Turns out when we needed the warranty to help kick in with repair costs for the lifters, our warranty was not a 5 year, but it was 3 years or 36,000 miles. Regardless of our warranty, the dealership should stand by their product that they sold, especially if a customer only bought it less than 2 years prior. AND to top it off, the employee said we had a nice truck and that he might would want to buy it from us and fix it himself, after he gave us the estimated price of $7000. Dont tell me you cant fix what you dont know, because you do know! We made you aware of it when it was happening. You chose not to do ANYTHING, except wait over a month to respond back with a generic response as if it was going to make everything ok. We were also told someone would give a call in a timely manner regarding our concerns and we are still waiting on that!
