Idle problem was not fixed. Ferguson can not fix it because this is a odd problem. GMC engineering says tell the customer it is ok. Well it is not right. Great help Paul was a great help with ordering and helping us purchase a cargo mat and net. The work was finished in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone who needed help or service with their vehicles. Terrible I dropped my truck off to have the door lock actuator replaced, they told me they would call in a couple of hours to let me know something and I never I dropped my truck off to have the door lock actuator replaced, they told me they would call in a couple of hours to let me know something and I never heard back so at 5 when I got off I had to call them because I never received an update, and I was stranded with no ride home and I live in Edmond and work in Moore. Then the next day they called and said they had the actuator and it should be done by 5-5:30, I called at 4 to get a shuttle and they forgot to pick me up and I didn’t get picked up until 5:40pm and then got to the dealership and they said they were buttoning up my truck and would have it done in 15 minutes and after an hour and a half I finally got to leave to the dealership at around 7:15-7:30pm. Then they tried to charge me for the repair after I had already told them I had an extended warranty. I felt like no one communicated well with me or each other in the service department and was lied to many times. I had an awful experience buying my vehicle there as well as they didn’t give me my title to pay for the TT&L for 2 months and I was charged an extra $75.00 at the tag agency. I will never be buy another vehicle at Ferguson or be bringing it in there to be worked on and definitely not recommending the dealership to anyone else. More

I had the sense to call around to other auto shops around m I was taken advantage of in the sense that I was going to be way overcharged for a repair. I had the sense to call around to other auto shops around my area and the city and come to find out, the dealership was in fact going to rip me off! Once I mentioned that there was no way I could afford or pay what they were quoting me at (est. $7000 to be exact) and was taking it elsewhere, that the service member informed that he didn't want me to have to take the vehicle somewhere else and brought down the quoted price down by $2500! That's a huge decrease and just proves to me that they were just hoping that I would fork up that initial amount. I'm extremely disappointed in Ferguson and how they do business and will not be going back for future repairs, nor buying another vehicle from them. More
