Ferguson Buick GMC - Service Center

Spring Break...... Really I scheduled a routine oil change with tire rotation weeks in advance for March 21st.. I arrived at 11:45 for a noon appointment. It usually takes 40 I scheduled a routine oil change with tire rotation weeks in advance for March 21st.. I arrived at 11:45 for a noon appointment. It usually takes 40 minutes to an hour, so I waited in the customer lobby. At 1:30, I went to check on my vehicle. I was told that they were really busy with spring break and it would be another five minutes or so. At 1:48, my vehicle was finished. This is an hour and 48 minutes after my appointment time. I do understand that it is spring break and you are busy, but you should not take more appointments than you can handle. I have been completely satisfied until this visit. On my next appointment, I will be sure to ask if you are running on time. If I would have known that it would have taken two hours, I would have asked for a loaner car. More

Quick service Many service centers take forever. Waited 4 hrs at one on the past. Ferguson service center had me out in about one hour which was a surprise. Many service centers take forever.
