Gary was especially kind and accommodating by allowing me to take the actual car that I was interested in off the showroom floor for an extra long test drive so I really got the feel of how the car performed. Very Professional. Although I would say when I scheduled the appointment that day they said I could come in at 12:15. The service rep I had said those weee walk in appointments and all his mechanics were at lunch until 1pm. So I had to wait 45 minutes for them to start. That should be corrected to make sure customers know they have to wait instead of having them believe they have an appt at 12:15, since that is the way it sounded. More
