Our BMW is our first BMW, we have been purchasing Mercedes in the last 15 years. We wanted to try BMW because we like the design better. We purchased the X5 M60I. So last week I came in for our first service appointment. I was greeted even before I parked, I was led into the service area and introduced to Sal our service manager. Sal was friendly and professional, he to me exactly what they were doing and how long it would take. He also offered to wash the car. Great! Then directed me to the waking room for service. The best one I have been in. I worked in my office work and visited Bill my Sales person. Time flew by, it was ready and clean and parked in a convenient spot for me to pull directly out and go to my office. As they say easy as 1 2 3. I certainly hope this happens this way every time, and I am sure it will. Please give Sal and the boys a big thank you! More

I was very disappointed to be shamed about my 2015 BMW being over 10 years old and being told I am lucky they would still service it at the dealership. Seriously, you think that will make me want to buy a being over 10 years old and being told I am lucky they would still service it at the dealership.
