I was very disappointed to be shamed about my 2015 BMW being over 10 years old and being told I am lucky they would still service it at the dealership. I have never in my life had such a perplexing, unusual problem as I recently had with my BMW i7. I can also say that never in my life have I dealt with people so determined to fix this. I can’t even say problem as I recently had with my BMW i7. I can also say that never in my life have I dealt with people so determined to fix this. I can’t even say how many times Roy and Kyle dealt with me in an effort to get this solved (even when I told them I was happy with a partial resolution, they insisted on seeing this through to the end). I hope I never have a problem like this again but if I do, I hope that these 2 guys are still there to take care of it. More
