I accompanied a good friend of mine who was looking at upgrading his vehicle and I admit I was curious myself about the differences in my Nissan compa I accompanied a good friend of mine who was looking at upgrading his vehicle and I admit I was curious myself about the differences in my Nissan compared to the similar BMW. The BMW Genius went over a few models with us and was able to answer every question we had about the different features, functions, and options. The transaction was absolutely seamless - both Jamie and Kenny Russell went above and beyond in actually driving 2 hours and personally delivering the vehicle to my Mom's door and explaining all features and functionality.
