Charles Drivas, Service Manager, was so ve I had just purchased my 2014 Mini Cooper from a small dealer, and brought it to Fermin for a minor repair. Charles Drivas, Service Manager, was so very helpful! I had never had a Mini before, and Charles was wonderful in explaining all the features and how to program everything. I thought I was doing something wrong, but it turned out to be a defective radio/computer system, which was covered by the warranty. Fermin had to keep my car overnight, but I was not I convinced at all, they provided a rental car at no charge. Great customer service! Charles checked my warranty, and took care of so many items, when I left, I felt like I was driving away in a new car! Excellent customer service! More
