It almost had me NOT notice that they did not fix one of the items that I brought my 650i in for. They have amazing customer service and treat their customers with the utmost respect but they will have to improve greatly on actually honoring the time and requests of their customer. They tend to offer more excuses than repairs and that is a waste of my time and influences my next purchase of a luxury car hugely. I hope the service manager gets on top of this as this dealership has a lot to offer. More

"Best New Car Buying Experience Ever!!!" Like many people, buying a new car was something I was dreaded. Historically, I found the experience exhausting and overwhelming. That is BEFORE I e Like many people, buying a new car was something I was dreaded. Historically, I found the experience exhausting and overwhelming. That is BEFORE I entered the Ferman BMW dealership. The quality of the dealership, as well as its personnel was something I sensed right away. To be frank, my husband and I had been to a dozen dealerships in our initial quest to find our new car. When we drove to Ferman BMW, I remember not having the expectation I was going there to buy. We were just doing our "due diligence" to say we explored all of our options. Then we met Robert Chodorowski. He was professional and the most informative salesman I've ever met. Once we were educated, the loaded X5 we purchased sold itself, but we REALLY appreciated Robert's no-pressure approach. He took our phone calls and and answered questions, even after hours and on his day off. He stayed late to accommodate our work schedules. Once the buying experience was complete, Ferman BMW's commitment to our happiness and success with our vehicle continued. That is when BMW Genius, Kenny Russell, entered the picture. Kenny was kind, personable and professional. He made several follow-up phone calls to inquire if we had any questions, as well as to offer to assist in services like window tinting. Kenny's most valuable contribution was his tutorial during my encore visit. He has the patience of a saint, I never felt rushed, and I left feeling like I have a true understanding of my vehicle.
