My 1st visit has been a nightmare. Expecting to leave my car for a day, theyhave kept it over a week now. They have only 12 loaner vehicles to offer, once their used, you're out of luck. The loaner I was placed in was SOOOO dirty, like it had never been cleaned. What dealer puts people in dirty loaner cars? The Svc. Dept Mgr seemed very unaware of my car and it features. They started making up excuses as to why things didn't work. I will not go back to this dealer for service. I suggest others avoid them as well. More

Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. I had to drop my car off for maintenence in the morning.
