Very happy with my new vehicle. However, me experience was not good. I was given figures verbally that did not match the written figures. However, Eric in the finance department promised an additional $500 discount if I agreed to finance a portion of my vehicle purchase and Justin agreed to $1500 trade-in for my car. All together the discounts that were verbally relayed to me were as follows: $1000 overall discount, $500 discount for agreeing to finance and $1500 trade-in for my car. Total discounts should have been $3000 However, on the paperwork it was only $1700. Also, Eric advised that since I was financing with Suncoast Credit Union it included additional warranties and service contracts. He never advised that I would responsible for paying for them He stated they we included. More
