But I could understand that since it is a Chevy/Mazda dealer and not Toyota (the car I bought) dealer. I also was a walk-in and did not schedule an appt. Finance person was not knowledgeable of interest rate environment and though understood documentation needed to transfer title and made the process expedient, it would have been nice to have a client advocate and not someone pushing bad rates. The vehicle was also poorly cleaned as the insde was still quiet dirty for a car that was described to be already "detailed". I will have to get the car detailed and waxed as given what I can tell it was not done well at the dealer. More

NO PRESSURE I found several models on Fermans web site that I liked. The salesman John made a video on Sunday for me of the car.
