After being told very different things by other techs and fighting with State Farm for a month and a half, I found Denny Hancock, the Collision Center Manager. He's an angel. He listened patiently to my whole long story and offered great, realistic advice along with a valid diagnosis and reasonable plan for getting my car back on the road. My Camaro is FINALLY being repaired - and I have found a dealership I can trust. Huge, huge thanks to Mr. Hancock for his exceptional customer service. It is rare to be treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism these days. More
