Lost a Customer - Bad Representation of Chevrolet Products I purchased a brand new 2017 Chevy Camaro from Ferman Chevrolet 2 years ago. I took it in today for an issue with hard shifting at 11k miles which th I purchased a brand new 2017 Chevy Camaro from Ferman Chevrolet 2 years ago. I took it in today for an issue with hard shifting at 11k miles which there is a bulletin out for a fix by updating ECU software. I requested this to be fulfilled. I have been experiencing this issue for some time now as well. Steve Liguori was the Service Advisor who was assigned to assist me with this issue. Upon picking up the vehicle he quoted his Manager (Brian Rabeau) by saying that because of a cold air intake and hi flow catalytic converter on the car they would not honor the warranty on the vehicle because it is not completely stock and that Chevrolet backs this up. The issue was there before the 2 bolt-ons but instead of providing good customer service they preferred to lose a customer and get an honest review from an honest person. Go Honda people but not from this dealership. Their lazy crooks.. More
