Best experience buying a car EVER! We had the most pleasant experience with Mr. Christian selling us our brand New Malibu. We traded our old Camaro that was a lease and unfortunately we We had the most pleasant experience with Mr. Christian selling us our brand New Malibu. We traded our old Camaro that was a lease and unfortunately we went 47k miles over and it was going to be a huge headache to get rid of the car. Christian and Tansel were able to help us get into a new vehicle with as many discount as possible to the point where we went from 17k negative equity to only 5k and we put down 4k to get into the car. We are beyond happy with the help of these 2 fine young men, there was no haggle there was no pulling teeth, it was a simple transaction. They even got us our monthly price and we got extra covergae for our car like Gap Insurance etc.We highly recommend you see these guys when buying a car. This is my 4th car from Ferman and I will continue to shop here. More

A long wait. I arrived for my appointment 30 minutes early at 9:00am and after they got all the information from my car I was told they were running 2 hours behind I arrived for my appointment 30 minutes early at 9:00am and after they got all the information from my car I was told they were running 2 hours behind. If you open at seven and are two hours behind at nine, something is wrong with your scheduling or you don’t have enough people working in service. I ended up leaving over three hours later. This was service on a new car for the first time. Oil change and tire rotation. I will say they did a pretty good job on the service, in that they found a nail in my tire that they were able to repair. After leaving and checking my tire inflation I realized they put too much air in every tire. Rated for 34 or 35 pounds per tire, my tires were at 39 and 40 pounds. I corrected the problem. I might try Ferman again but I doubt it. More
