Ferman Chevy gave me what I expected to receive for my trade-in, (K.B.B. trade-in value), and sold me the truck at a bit less than the internet advertised price on "Car Gurus". I was very pleased to get a fair deal, and still am very pleased with my new truck. That's why I gave Ferman Chevrolet in Tampa/Brandon 5-Stars on the dealership rating. Frank is a great Salesman, and is extremely personable and knowledgeable about Chevrolet cars and trucks. THANKS AGAIN FRANK! More

TERRIBLE!!!!! DON'T GO HERE!!! I had a 1:15p appointment and I arrived about 10 minutes early for an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blade installation. I was greeted soon thereafter and my work order was written up. A little after 2p, I took a look and saw that my car was still waiting in the service lane behind 3 or 4 other cars and work had not started despite having an appointment. I went to ask my service advisor about the delay, but he was nowhere to be found. I got in my car and drove off and had the service performed elsewhere. The fact that I got this survey to fill out tells me that they are clueless. More

Regular service - Oil Change Tire Rotation When I first got to the dealership for my 8am appointment, the exterior gates were locked and I couldn't get in. Eventually gates opened and I pulled into the service line behind two other vehicles that were already there. The service person Manny met me within 10 minutes to 8am and had me go wait in the waiting room. 1-1/2 hr later, Manny came with a slip of all things that should be done to my vehicle. I told him no thank you just the oil change. He told me that the were finishing up on my car and that it would be ready shortly. Another 1/2 later and it was ready. My only concern here is that I made an appointment for 8am and it should not have taken 2 hours. More
