Everything went well, but picking up the vehicle. The vehicle was done when expected, as well as it came in $300 under what they had quoted. Something that should’ve taken about five minutes ended up taking almost 20 minutes for her just to pick up our vehicle and turn in the loaner. It was not our service guy we worked with it was just people around the service area who couldn’t give her a proper direction. More
