Communication Issues I recently bought a brand new 2018 Chevy Cruze, and after making a smooth appointment to get its first service, I felt very confident. I came in right on time, was greeted and the servicing began right away. Merrick, who serviced my car, was very friendly to me and was helpful from the beginning. After waiting a little under an hour (I expected about this much of a wait), I received a text saying that further work would need to be done on my car. I thought this would be the case as I knew that there were two small issues with my car (plastic part under front bumper was damaged; there was a recalled part in the fuel system), but what I didn’t know was that I had to sign off on a separate website via this text message in order for the servicing to continue. The text said nothing about it. I continued to wait for another hour before becoming more curious about that text and clicking the link on it (I hadn’t before because I figured the work I knew I needed to get done could be done later; I was in a hurry to get other errands done for the day.) The link then showed me an entirely different problem about my tire having some of damage and needing replacement soon. I signed off on this as needing to be done later because I had already waited longer than I needed to. Merrick came through to let me know after seeing my signing off that it would be another 15 minutes to be done. After another hour of waiting, Merrick finally came back in to let me know that my car was ready to go. He told me what the “damage” was on my tire and left, but I could not find him after paying and getting a receipt so that he could personally show me what damage there was or if he could be more specific, because I couldn’t see any damage to the tire, and his report for the tire said nothing about the specifics of the damage except that it needed to be replaced ASAP. All of the other small issues I mentioned to him were fixed, and I was glad for that, but there was just terrible communication as to what was going on. I saw several other service associates who came in and spoke personally with their customers about issues that needed to be resolved, and I felt as if I should have been in that position, but I wasn’t. It was time-consuming, aggravating, and I’m still wondering if somethig’s wrong with my three month old tire that shows no external damage whatsoever. More

Was told a lie Jonathan Reth agreed to send me a check for $300 for my inconvenience for rims fading,remote keyfob, and wheel hubcap. Check never came. Friendly and efficient service. I have recently had several issues come up with my 2016 Malibu. It has been frustrating (even though the car is still under warranty) but the service I have recently had several issues come up with my 2016 Malibu. My problem solved Tire sensor was giving problem - by the time I got to my appointment - I had a second problem, I had just gotten a nail in a tire. Howard Nardin co Tire sensor was giving problem - by the time I got to my appointment - I had a second problem, I had just gotten a nail in a tire. Howard Nardin conversed with me about the problem with the sensor and showed me to the waiting area. He came in and told me the car was being taken in and that one was almost flat. A young gentleman came in to see if was being cared for in timely manner. Howard came in to say that there was a nail and the tire would be patched and the sensor cared for and then reprogramed and how much it would cost. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. More
