Excellent Customer Service, No stress, No pressure I went to Ferman on a Friday evening close to closing time. The first time not really sure what I was going to do that day. Jorge was the first one to I went to Ferman on a Friday evening close to closing time. The first time not really sure what I was going to do that day. Jorge was the first one to approach us gave us an opportunity to explain what we were looking to do and gave us his info and told us come back when we could so we had more time. The first time we met him we thought wow he was very casual not pushy and very informative. We returned a week later and requested that we had him. The experince from the first Friday all the way through one week after the purchase. We felt no pressure from anyone there but especially Jorge made us feel sure that we were getting a good deal. His honesty, intelligence and friendly personality made us feel like we had known him for years. Would your friends or family lead you wrong? His knowledge on each individual vehicle was simply mind blowing.
