Not satisfied First, I want to advise that Nate Auvil is a fantastic salesman and he even checked on me when I brought my Camaro in for repairs on Friday April 27th First, I want to advise that Nate Auvil is a fantastic salesman and he even checked on me when I brought my Camaro in for repairs on Friday April 27th, 2018. My experience with the Service Center was not good that day, though. The intermittent problem was not corrected and is still an ongoing problem. I sat for a few hours in the Service Center waiting room without being updated by the Service Representative. Then he came in and told me it only needed an adjustment and after I left, the problem manifested itself again and has continued to do so today. If not remedied properly, I will find another dealership to correct it and handle my future service and vehicle purchases. More

3 hour oil change Had an appointment, and was there for 3 hours and they estimated an hour to 1.5 hours. When he got off work he went home and checked Ferman’s website. He said with Keith listening we should try the 2014 Honda CR-V.. we did and liked it so we bought it. We are very happy. More
