Great service I took my Traverse in for an oil change and actually had a very enjoyable visit. My service advisor, Jimmy, was seriously business like and funny an I took my Traverse in for an oil change and actually had a very enjoyable visit. My service advisor, Jimmy, was seriously business like and funny and personable at the same time. I also had to have the windshield wiper motor replaced, which resulted in a longer visit than planned, but Jimmy kept popping into the waiting room to update and check on us. Overall a great service visit. More
