Great Service...Expensive parts. I needed to have some electronics replaced in my trunk due to water damage. Rain filled the bottom carriage of my trunk with almost 2 inches of water. I needed to have some electronics replaced in my trunk due to water damage. Rain filled the bottom carriage of my trunk with almost 2 inches of water...almost one gallon. This was not under warranty and the parts cost me over $1000. The amplifier was $842...but online i found it for $430! Infact all of the parts cost almost twice as much as i found them online and from gm supply companies, not generic parts! So next time i need a part replaced i will order it online! The service at Ferman is always excellent and timely. My new service rep Manny was pleasant and informative. More

Waiting My first appointment I was told they didn’t have the part and to come in 8am the next morning and part would be available. Well I was there at 7:35am with my three little children and the part wasn’t there. Little communication to me except when I asked for updates. I didn’t leave to 12p. No one said sorry for the inconvenience until it was time for me to check out 4 hours later. I had plans for the day that were ruined. More

TERRIBLE!!!!! DON'T GO HERE!!! I had a 1:15p appointment and I arrived about 10 minutes early for an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blade installation. I was greeted soon the I had a 1:15p appointment and I arrived about 10 minutes early for an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blade installation. I was greeted soon thereafter and my work order was written up. A little after 2p, I took a look and saw that my car was still waiting in the service lane behind 3 or 4 other cars and work had not started despite having an appointment. I went to ask my service advisor about the delay, but he was nowhere to be found. I got in my car and drove off and had the service performed elsewhere. The fact that I got this survey to fill out tells me that they are clueless. More
