Brought my Korean after an accident. After a month, they said they were still waiting on one part, the hood. Said it wouldn’t be in for another two weeks. When two weeks was up they said there was a problem shipping and it would be another two weeks before the hood came in. When the hood finally came in, then they started working on the car. So basically for two months they had done no work. After they started working on the car, they found more problems and required more parts in time. These issues should’ve been fixed well before The over two month mark. Would not recommend if you need quick repairs. More

Unfortunately Florida** I recently had a disappointing experience at Ferman Chevrolet in Tarpon Springs, Florida, which I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, my family member's vehicle was not only brought in for service but was returned in a worse condition than it arrived. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and it reflects poorly on the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction. One of the most concerning aspects of this experience was the lack of communication from the service team. It felt as though our concerns were not taken seriously, and attempts to reach out for updates were met with silence. For a dealership that relies on its reputation, the failure to acknowledge the customer is simply unacceptable. I would like to specifically mention Service Adviser Steve Kikta and General Manager John Reese. I believe that both of them need to improve their communication skills and customer service approach. It’s crucial for a service department to keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and to address any issues that arise promptly. Overall, I was left feeling undervalued and frustrated. I hope that Ferman Chevrolet takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their service quality and communication with customers in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. More
