Above and Beyond We had an urgent triip scheduled from Florida to Rhode Island, and the vehicle I had wouldn't have made me feel safe. We spoke with Jeff the day befo We had an urgent triip scheduled from Florida to Rhode Island, and the vehicle I had wouldn't have made me feel safe. We spoke with Jeff the day before we went to the dealership, explaining what I needed, at what cost, etc. When we met with Jeff Hutchinson, he had chosen one car that best met our needs and perameters. We didn't need to look further. It was perfect. We got a newer car, with less mileage than the trade-in, more safety features, and a powerful engine. Payments and interest from previous purchase both went down. Unfortunately, we don't remember the name of the Finance person, but he went above and beyond, also. Happy to say our 3000 mile 3-week trip was flawless, and we felt so safe in the varying weather. Thank you for helping us with our second purchase from Ferman. Prices clearly marked on the vehicles, don’t apply, some are more $ , some are less $ . This dealership definitely tries to steer you to what they want to sell you, regardless of what you would prefer. I really feel sorry for mr Ferman, he’s going to go broke, I was told they were losing money selling our vehicle at agreed price. The salesman that handled our vehicle purchase , was a good guy , everyone else, not so much. I would recommend Ferman Chevrolet to a few people I know , however not anyone I would want to remain friends with. More
