I took my truck into the shop was told the tork converter was bad it took about two to three weeks to be able to get the truck in to be fixed. per the website you have loaner cars because my wife starts work was bad it took about two to three weeks to be able to get the truck in to be fixed. per the website you have loaner cars because my wife starts work at 5:00 am she needed a car and when I dropped it off I was told you didnt do that and rental places didnt have enough cars. so my wife had to borrow her friends car. which was a inconvenience. I am glad the work was done properly because the truck is back to driving good. but my wife found grease inside both front door panels and something on the inside of the front window. My wife had to clean this off so it would not stain. I have never had such bad service from you. I am not sure if you hired new people and they were sloppy or what. More

MY 16 month old blazer stranded my wife.
