Our son’s Cruze began having problems starting. As always, we made an appointment with the Ferman Chevy Service Department. When we dropped off the car, Robert Marchido greeted us and he was very helpful and friendly. Robert was even kind enough to have the dealership’s shuttle service waiting for us to take us back to our home. “Sandy” was our shuttle service driver. She was very personable and pleasant and she had us back to our house in just 10 or 15 minutes. Shortly after that, Shannon Smith called and advised us that the car’s battery needed to be replaced and provided us with exactly what the cost would be for the work. Not too long after speaking with Shannon, “Sandy” arrived at our home and took us directly back to Ferman Chevy. Once again, the assistance we received from the Service Dept was top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate what-so-ever to recommend them to a friend, coworker, neighbor or family member.
