"A Freebie Service"

I brought my pre-owned certified Chevy in for its last free oil change, tire rotation, general inspection etc.Even though this service was free, from making the appointment, to the cars service completion was handled by professional, courteous, personnel. Even my salesman took time out to speak with me and make sure that all my expectations were taken care of. Even the service crew gave my car a nice washing.

"Vehicle Repair Service"

Delivered car to Ferman Chevy in Tarpon Springs. Needed cat converter and passenger powered window motor. Both items obsolete as the car is a 99 Cavalier Z24. Service Writer Rob located aftermarket parts for the car.but could not have them until the next day. He was able to provide me a loaner car for the night. Had the car completely repaired by 2PM the next day. Also had service give it a bath This is not the first time I've had my Cavalier serviced here. I've had great service previously when Shannon and Tony were the Service writers. The whole staff at Ferman Chevy of Tarpon Springs are just terrific!!

I would like to make you aware of the amazing service that your Service Advisor Tony Lang has always provided me with. Tony is very professional, courteous and attentive to all of my issues no matter how small. Each time I visited the service center Tony has had the "go the extra mile" attitude. It is very refreshing to find an individual like this since I feel alot of the customer service has been lost in recent years. My AC was not working. After Robert checked it out, he issued me a 2018 Tahoe-wow!! The next day I was called -my vehicle was ready. A new condenser was installed at no charge. My service advisor Robert M needs a pay 💰 raise due to his friendly and professional demeanor. The young lady greeted me with a smile. What happened to y’all???🤣 keep up the outstanding service with a smile.

I have been coming to Ferman’s for a while and Bill Faldutti always, every time, listens to my concerns then addresses each one with me and with my service technicians. I am on a fixed Incone and he will let me know the priority of must fix to what I can wait until next appt to fix and I appreciate that. I know with confidence that my SUV is taken care of and I trust him! I have had several advisors through the years that are no longer there, but if Bill Faldutti left, I would really miss his attention to detail, phone call when needed to discuss a repair and the consistent follow through. He is the most excellent adviser and service representative I have EVER worked with . He goes the 2nd and 3rd mike to take care of your customer and always super nice. My best way to describe him his excels in excellence in what he does and there is no moderate or less than excellence that he operates in year after year. Thank you for such a superb service rep and person to help me with taking care of my car.
