Experience was good with quick and efficient service, but there was one problem. This time my wife brought the car in and when finished was charged $90.00. I was not satisfied at all with Ferman Chevy! I called a week ahead to setup an appointment with service and told them what the problem was so that they could be prepared. Took it in on the scheduled appointment at 8:15 in the morning on Tuesday. They said that they would call. I waited till that afternoon and called them. They said they had not looked at it yet. This went on for two days.until Wednesday evening they said it was next in line. They finally called back about an hour later and said that they had looked at it and they had to order parts and they would have them tomorrow. I stopped by about noon and they said they hadn't gotten the part yet. So I asked to speak to the Service Director and they said he was on vacation. I left very frustrated. I finally got my vehicle back that afternoon. More
