My appointment was for February 8th at 8 in the morning I called on my lunch break to see how things were going they said they couldn't get to it and they need the car for several days they were backed up so called on my lunch break to see how things were going they said they couldn't get to it and they need the car for several days they were backed up someone was sick I told them I cannot be without my car for that amount of time and it had a water leak they told me they would keep it under the awning the service awning when I got there to pick up my car it was pouring down rain and my car was sitting in the rain consequently I now have a soaking wet carpet again my husband called corporate and complained and they said that we may be getting new carpeting which is only right after they sat in the rain when they were told the situation I don't think I ever do business with Ferman Chevrolet again More
