My appointment for a recall was made and confirmed with both a text and email. I dropped my truck off. I received a call about 30 minutes after I left saying they had used my kit on another car and I had t both a text and email. I dropped my truck off. I rescheduled the repairs and they said the new kit would be attached to my work order and not used on someone else’s vehicle- the way it should have happened the first time. I dropped my truck off and used the shuttle to be taken home and back to the dealer. When I got into my truck the floor mats were covered in mud! The first time both my wife and I took the day off since we were told it would take several hours. No shuttle service was offered. The second time the shuttle service was only offered after I told them I would be waiting. This is not what I expect and demand from a “Professional Dealership Service Department “. I will never get my truck serviced here or do any business with them again! More

Rob is amazing. But my experience this time didn’t meet the normal standards. My tire pressure was not filled to the correct amount after having my tires replaced. Typically they would clean off the tires from all the grease or lubricants … that didn’t happen I had to wash my vehicle twice over to get the tires clean. My window washer fluid wasn’t refilled or anything. Again rob… amazing. The mechanics mediocre. It’s a little irritating the cost of labor when you get that type result back. More
