My appointment for a recall was made and confirmed with both a text and email. I dropped my truck off. I received a call about 30 minutes after I left saying they had used my kit on another car and I had t both a text and email. I dropped my truck off. I rescheduled the repairs and they said the new kit would be attached to my work order and not used on someone else’s vehicle- the way it should have happened the first time. I dropped my truck off and used the shuttle to be taken home and back to the dealer. When I got into my truck the floor mats were covered in mud! The first time both my wife and I took the day off since we were told it would take several hours. No shuttle service was offered. The second time the shuttle service was only offered after I told them I would be waiting. This is not what I expect and demand from a “Professional Dealership Service Department “. I will never get my truck serviced here or do any business with them again! More
