Unless the car throws a code the mechanics can not tell me what's wrong with my car, no real mechanics left. I told the advisor what was going on with my car exactly and said it has plenty of gas to drive me what's wrong with my car, no real mechanics left. My car was never driven, they said it stalled out when they backed it out of the bay but they couldn't find the problem with it. I was told I have a ghost problem. I even asked them for an experienced mechanic and that's not what I had work on my car. Instead they gave me a an estimate for$2,000 for things I knew and told the service advisor that I know I needed done for example a $600 front brake job and a $550 power steering pump. I have sold cars for 11 years and have an idea about vehicles and knew what the exact problem was with my vehicle and what I needed looked at and yet they didn't listen to one word I had to say. I used to use this dealership for my vehicles needs but after this experience I lost all confidence and will not be back. More
