This my second time doing the same incident rating Ferman Chevrolet. I had a not so pleasant experience with my first oil change. First oil change which is complimentary, so I guess since the vehicle only had 2500 mi, I didn’t ever get a courtesy car wash. My front of my hood had greasy finger prints . Really how inconsiderate.
