2005 Trailblazer Service Our granddaughter had a problem with her 2005 Trailblazer on 2 Jan 2020, and HAD to have the vehicle to return to school in Tallahassee on Sunday. Eve Our granddaughter had a problem with her 2005 Trailblazer on 2 Jan 2020, and HAD to have the vehicle to return to school in Tallahassee on Sunday. Even though the service department was slammed with work, Tom went way beyond the extra mile to make sure the vehicle was ready for our granddaughter's trip! The problem was resolved, and the vehicle ran perfectly, with no hint of the problem (burning odor and under hood noise). She was able to leave for FSU Sunday morning, 5 Jan 2020, and arrived in Tallahassee shortly after lunch. She had no problems, and the vehicle ran just fine! I can't say enough about Tom's help in getting her Trailblazer repaired in time for her to return to school on schedule! We've dealt with this dealership since it was Tarpon Chevrolet, now Ferman, and continue to return primarily because of the attention and service that we receive from employees like Tom. More
